Warranty Policy
OPG Future Mobility Private Limited hereinafter called “OPG Mobility”, warrants that each new OPG vehicle sold shall be free from any defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Warranty Period
- This warranty shall exist for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery to the first purchaser irrespective of the mileage.
- Warranty is transferable to subsequent owner for the remaining warranty period and is applicable only in India and not transferable to any other country.
Warranty Inclusions
- Only Manufacturing Defects are covered under Warranty.
- Normal Wear & Tear / Tampered / unauthorized repairs are not covered under Warranty.
- For any battery related claim CDC report is Mandatory.
- Above terms are applicable on vehicle used for Personal use only not for commercial / Leasing vehicles
- Other terms & Conditions as described in Owner’s manual shall be In-Compliance / full filled to avail the Warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
- Parts will be covered under Warranty only for manufacturing defects, Normal Wear / tear, Defects arise due to external damages or due to mishandling will not be covered under Warranty.
- Examples of Warranty Exclusion due to defects arise due to Poor handling / Riding of the Vehicle/Wear Tear/Tampering:
- Brake Disc / Drum scars or Surface rubbing, bends / dents will not be covered in Warranty
- Brake Pads wear, Wire harness cuts due to external reasons (Rat bites etc.) are not manufacturing defects so will not be covered under Warranty.
- Electrical items burnt due to surge current or short circuit into wire due to external cuts / damages on wire are not covered under Warranty.
- Warranty will be void if vehicle is repaired at unauthorized local center or mechanics/ In-genuine parts usage in the vehicle.
- Painted Parts / Plastic Parts, foot rest, Bulbs, Cables, seals, Damages/ Tampering Parts are not covered under warranty.
What is an Extended Warranty
- An extended warranty is a prolonged warranty (2 years) offered to customers in addition to the standard warranty (3 years).
- It covers all critical 9 components that we have in our standard warranty terms.

Enhanced Peace of Mind: Customers will benefit from reduced anxiety over potential costly repair bills if critical parts of the scooter fail after the initial 3-year period.
- Extended Vehicle Life: Regular maintenance and coverage for critical components can contribute to a longer lifespan for the scooter.
- Higher Resale Value: Scooters covered by extended warranties often retain higher resale value due to the assurance of ongoing support and care
Extended Warranty at OPG Mobility
- Available on complete range of electric two wheelers.
- 12/24 months or 12,000/24,000 kms additional Warranty on Two wheelers (over and above manufacturer warranty of 3 years or 30,000
- Critical parts covered.
- Pan India validity.
- Covers both Parts and Labour Cost.
